About the Recipe
We love a good chicken wing in this house! Save on oil and calories by baking, no oil needed! Very easy and very indulgent!

Ingredients
2 lbs bone-in chicken wings
1 tsp baking powder or baking soda (For baking soda try to find 'aluminum-free)
1tsp salt
Pinch of black pepper and/or garlic powder if desired
BBQ sauce of your choice for coating, we like 'Kinders Hot Honey'
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425!
Pat the wings with clean paper towels to soak up excess moisture, this helps them crisp. Then place all in a mixing bowl, add your baking powder, salt and dry seasoning if desired.
Using a baking try with a rack on top, place your wings over the rack allowing for airflow all around. I recommend doing thick skin side down first because that side will get much more crispy and if you do it first it'll get soft again when you flip them upside-down.
Bake at 425 for 50 min-1hr, flipping them at the 30 minute mark
Toss in a bowl with your favorite sauce or enjoy as-is!
