An easy sweet and refreshing breakfast, brunch or snack! Very customizable!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen fruit of your choice (I like berries!)

  • 1 Cup Milk

  • 1 Cup Yogurt

  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder (Optional)

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix till smooth, that's it!
